Great pool, garden and views – Carrer Morera, Sant Cebrià

Our house is just a 15-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Sant Pol de Mar, north of Barcelona.

You’ll be amazed by the split-level pool where the jacuzzi merges into a waterfall flowing down into the large swimming area.  You’ll recharge your batteries during the never-ending sunny days.

A huge undulating garden – over half a square mile – has everything you could ever dream of….beautiful flowers and lawns, barbeque area,  hammocks between the pine trees, stunning views of the coast, and the sun rising over the sea.  Not forgetting the chicken coop where the hens will give you fresh eggs every day…

So come and enjoy yourself, relax in our house and make the most of its excellent location.  You’ll not be disappointed.    All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning.   The open plan living and dining area are very comfortable.  And that enormous garden – you can pick lots of different spots for sunbathing or enjoy a traditional siesta on the porch or under the shade of the pine trees.

The main floor has 2 double rooms, each with twin beds.  There is a big family bathroom with a bathtub.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The open plan living and dining area is bright and airy and opens directly onto the porch which overlooks the pool.

Up the spiral staircase to the first floor to find the master bedroom with a double bed and its own balcony.  Then there are 2 other bedrooms as well, one with bunk beds, the other with a sofa bed which sleeps one adult or two children.   There’s a second family bathroom here too with a power shower.

The house is in a quiet development 10 km inland surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside.
