Ideal location for Mobile World Congress and similar events. The house features a remote-operated access gate that leads into an ample driveway and a locked garage. From the driveway, there is both a ramp (ideally placed for disabled people) and a staircase. Amid lushful gardens, our pool offers unique, unparallel sensations. From the pool, one has beautiful views over the church bell tower and Canet. The convenient pool house features a bathroom, an indoor fireplace/barbeque, with a fridge, a sink, dining set for all guests, and a cozy porch with a patio furniture set from which you can keep an eye on the little ones. And, for your barbeque venues, there is an extra-large barbeque that will help you make the most of your pool-side meals. There is an annexed house in the property with extra ROOM FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE, providing a totally comfortable, sleeping capacity of 11. This house is equipped with air conditioning, a WC with a shower, one bedroom, and a living room with a sleeping capacity for two. You book both houses, the main house, and the annexed house as well.
