The beautiful, round-shaped cove of Cau del Llop at your feet boasts a sandy, shallow beach ideal for the young ones.
This is a totally new property with an Italian-design kitchen, 4 cozy bedrooms, three of them open out onto a fabulous terrace from which you can enjoy absolutely amazing views over the sea. The villa has 3 nice, design bathrooms with shower or bathtub. There is an annexed utility room with a washing machine and an icebox. The property has got air conditioning, electric shutters, design bathroom elements, etc.

The house has got no swimming pool but, as a guest put it: ” who needs one?”. It has got, however, an outdoor jacuzzi that can be heated for the coldest days and nights from which one has got splendid views.

The property is located within a ten minute-footwalk of all services. The car is not really essential as you can walk down to the beach or into town. The property is next to the coastal pathway (that runs from the French border reaching as far as Barcelona) in the town of Llançà, the ideal place for your holidays, only an hour away from Barcelona and minutes from all the major destinations in the area: Figueres, Cadaqués, the Costa Brava Golf Course, Lloret de Mar, the Formula 1 circuit. You will marvel at the peaceful, quiet and family-friendly towns in the vicinity (Cadaqués, Port de la Selva, Culera, etc.) or you may want to drive to the bustling coastal location of Roses. Llançà is a beautiful location highly rated by the true connoisseurs, close to the Dali Route (Museum in Figueres, the Port Lligat House., France is a mere 15-minute drive further up the coast.

This is also the ideal place for the Empuriabrava wind tunnel, one of the best in Europe.

We can provide everything you need for your child free of charge: baby cot and a high chair.

Once at the house, there is no real need for a car as you may walk into town for your daily needs or stroll down to the beach. Or simply, stay in the house and enjoy the Mediterranean flavour.
